Written, directed, produced by and starring John De Hart, with Wings Hauser, William Smith and Pamela Jean Bryant, this revenge thriller somehow mixes disgraced cops, corrupt judges, satanic cults, country singing, awkward romance and enough B-movie chaos to make the popcorn file a workplace complaint.
